Influencer & Community Manager
Job Summary
As Bmedia’s Influencer & Community Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind client-brand relationships with creators and communities. You’ll manage engagement and collaborations across a portfolio of up to 20 clients, ensuring their brands stay active, authentic, and visible.
You’ll handle both outreach and inbound engagement—building new creator relationships, responding to messages, and nurturing online communities to grow brand reach, loyalty, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities.
🔍 Influencer & Partnership Management
- Research and maintain a database of potential creators, ambassadors, and media partners that align with each client’s brand identity and target audience.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-performing influencers to create consistent collaboration pipelines.
- Develop influencer briefs and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and campaign goals.
- Track influencer content performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports for internal review and clients.
💬 Community Engagement
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster meaningful connections across client social media platforms.
- Monitor online conversations and escalate brand reputation issues or opportunities proactively.
- Organize and moderate live sessions, giveaways, and digital events to increase engagement and follower loyalty.
📈 Campaign Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with the creative and paid media teams to align influencer deliverables with overall marketing campaigns.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication between influencers, clients, and internal teams.
- Compile post-campaign analytics reports highlighting ROI, engagement trends, and actionable insights.
🧩 Brand Strategy Support
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for influencer and community campaign ideas.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to refine outreach tactics.
- Ensure all influencer content complies with advertising standards, disclosure requirements, and client brand guidelines.
Required Skills
This is our senior social media role which requires a breadth of knowledge and experience in managing large social media accounts and clients. We require.
- Strong communication skills — confident and professional when liaising with creators, clients, and team members.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns (either agency-side or in-house).
- Excellent negotiation skills — able to structure fair rates, packages, and deliverables.
- Organizational strength — capable of managing multiple influencer relationships and community accounts across 15–20 clients simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, etc.) and emerging creator tools.
- Knowledge of community management tools (Meta Business Suite etc.)
- Creative thinking — ability to craft collaboration ideas and campaigns that feel authentic to each brand.
- Native level English abilities for drafting outreach messages, briefs, and community responses.
- Understanding of brand tone and voice — adaptable when switching between different client accounts.
- Time management and task prioritization under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, slack etc.).
Nice to haves
- Experience working with Australian businesses and clientelle.
- Experience managing paid partnership campaigns (boosted influencer posts, whitelisted ads, etc.).
- Ability to create simple campaign recaps or reports in Canva or Google Slides.
- Passion for Hospitality and Entertainment industries
- Photography, videography, or basic content editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva).
