Paid Ads Manager
Job Summary
As Bmedia’s Paid Ads Manager, you’ll oversee all digital advertising across Bmedia and our diverse client portfolio. You’ll plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across search and social platforms—driving measurable growth, maximizing ROI, and ensuring every dollar delivers impact.
Managing campaigns for up to 20 clients, you’ll take ownership of strategy, creative direction, and performance analysis—ensuring budgets are spent effectively and results stay profitable.
Key Responsibilities.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Write and test ad copy, creative angles, and offers that align with each brand’s tone and objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure budgets are spent efficiently and KPIs are achieved.
- Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad design, video edits, and messaging direction.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports summarizing insights, optimizations, and ROI.
- Manage and prioritize campaigns for up to 20 clients simultaneously, maintaining quality and responsiveness.
- Set up, Track and analyze conversion events using, Meta Pixel, or other analytics tools.

- Stay up to date with algorithm updates, platform changes, and emerging ad formats.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results — improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and scaling campaigns efficiently.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make clear, actionable optimization decisions.
- Proficiency in GA4, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking setup.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or ad campaigns concurrently.
- Excellent understanding of ad policy compliance, especially on Meta and Google.
- Strong copywriting skills for ad headlines, descriptions, and CTAs.
- Keen eye for creative marketing and effective marketing media
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Strong collaboration skills — able to work effectively with design, content, and strategy teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication for client updates and performance reporting.
Nice to haves
- Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands, especially in the Australian market.
- Strong visual and design sensibility — able to brief or create effective ad creatives using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks (hook, offer, CTA variations) and ad storytelling principles.
- Previous experience working in a marketing or creative agency environment.
- Confidence in interpreting Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboards beyond surface-level metrics.
- Basic video editing ability (e.g. CapCut) to adapt assets for performance optimization.
- Understanding of email and SMS retargeting funnels (Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, etc.) for full-funnel strategy alignment.
- Comfort presenting campaign results or strategy recommendations to clients or stakeholders.
