Social Media Manager
Job Summary
Our Social Media Managers are the people in charge of our clients social media platforms. As a social media manager, you will direct the look and feel of their social platforms as well what content to produce and marketing campaigns to run. This position requires experience in digital marketing, marketing management expertise, excellent client communications skills and an understanding of creative marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the social media platforms of an international client portfolio.
- Plan client content across all social media platforms.
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and CTAs suited to each platform’s tone and audience.
- Maintain content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting cadence aligned with campaign timelines.
- Manage marketing campaigns for the client, implementing client requests as well as standard marketing calendars.
- Track daily platform metrics (reach, engagement, followers, shares, saves) and identify patterns or insights.
- Work closely with paid media specialists to align organic and paid campaigns.
- Work closely with influencer managers to align content creators with the client strategy.
- Work closely with and direct the content producers to brief and produce photo, video, and graphic content.
- Work closely with your social media assistant to ensure that all posts are being scheduled, stories posted and community management is up to date.
- Handle up to 8 clients.
Required Skills
This is our senior social media role which requires a breadth of knowledge and experience in managing large social media accounts and clients. We require.
- 3+ years of experience in managing enterprise level social media accounts.
- Experience in managing multiple team members and aligning efforts to achieve strategic goals.
- Proven ability to manage and communicate with international clients and high level stakeholders
- Proven track record of leading and implementing creative marketing strategies.
